Mulled Wine Spice Mix

The Perfect Companion for Cozy Winter Evenings: Our Special Mulled Wine Mix!

Heat red or white wine with honey or sugar, but don’t let it boil! (If you'd like to dilute it a bit, you can add tea or water.)
Add fresh orange slices and the spices, then remove it from the heat. (I use about 25g of spices for one bottle of wine.)
Let it sit for 20 minutes, then strain out the spices. If it has cooled too much, you can reheat it.
Grab a good book and enjoy the warming flavors while watching the flickering flames of the fire.
